Quanta Dialysis Technologies (Quanta) is seeking a technically grounded, customer focused and commercially minded product manager to join our growing global marketing team. The Associate Product Manager will drive the strategy and execution of downstream product management activities and deliverables related to the development of existing product (in-line) enhancements for improved quality, reliability and/or user experience.

As Associate Product Manager, you will be a fierce customer advocate, adept at leveraging market insights and translating customer needs to enhance existing products and services that improve the customer experience and deliver measurable corporate value. Working in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues from engineering, clinical, marketing and sales, this individual will identify, prioritize and execute on existing portfolio initiatives, coordinate with engineering to deliver functional solutions and prioritize the implementation of feature upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of global market, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify and inform product enhancements the portfolio roadmap
• Identify, scope and prioritize product feature enhancements with quantifiable business rationale demonstrating cost reduction and / or revenue growth across multiple segments including hospital, clinic and home.
• Build and present business cases for feature enhancements or site-specific technology requests needed to close new business.
• Represent marketing in Change Management review process to ensure positive ROI on product upgrades and improvements.
• Review and sign-off on change request tickets.
• Develop go-to-market strategy and tactical execution for initiatives supporting product / technical updates, software upgrades, feature enhancements, etc. (e.g., field and customer communications, internal product training, discussion guides)
• Support upstream marketing with identification of customer data / trends useful in future product roadmap development.
• Ensure all business requirements and stage gate deliverables are executed as outlined in the Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) and within a timely manner.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with regional downstream partners to ensure success of product launches.
• Ensure packaging and labelling clearly meets marketing brand standards while articulating claims, instructions and other information as required by regulatory.
• Monitor post-market surveillance data to identify trends and evaluate user experience with Quanta products and services.
• Additional projects as requested.

Qualifications Required:

• B.A./B.S. in business, marketing, engineering or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience working within product management, project management or engineering in the medical device space
• Experience in renal care a plus
• Proven ability to articulate customer needs and feedback to engineering and marketing teams.
• Experience interacting with scientific and technical personnel, including field sales personnel and engineers:
• Superior written and verbal communication with excellent presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, simplify problems of considerable scope and complexity, and effectively prioritize for execution.
• A passionate, driven individual who provides a high level of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Required: Ability to travel globally (20%)
